I Should Be Drinking How Much Water?

Hi guys! Today, I am sharing with you exactly how much water you should be drinking. We’ve all heard the popular theory that you should be drinking eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day, however this may not be true. Though it is a rough average, the amount you should be drinking varies from person to person. It is so important to drink sufficient amounts of water daily, it will improve your skin, body functions, and even your mood!   • Remember that all fluids count towards your total intake, so rest assured, you can count that latte.
