The first time I virtually met Brad, he was on Bravo as an assistant. He made me laugh until I cried, I loved him! As time went on he started his own business and one fine day, he started dressing a client that I also worked with. The first time I physically met Brad, he was surprisingly sweet. You never know if someone is going to be as great as they are on TV, but Brad was better in person. He might be one of the funniest people I’ve ever met! He is silly and willing to make fun of himself. Besides his hilarious personality, he has impeccable taste and a unique point of view.
I was shooting a video series for Allure, (“Show Me The Boudoir”) and he was nice enough to let me shoot with him. We shot over 2 hours of hilarious footage, and then to my horror, my editor lost it! It was awful. Till this day, Brad always asks me if I found that footage. Brad is first-class awesomeness, and I’m glad he answered these questions for you guys to get to know him a little better. Enjoy!!!
How long have you been in the industry?
Almost 10 years.

Geek chic with some showgirl in it.
You work with celebs such as Lea Michelle, and Rashida Jones. How do you find fresh inspiration for your varying clients?

Comfortable doesn’t mean you need to wear your fave pair of PJs. You can still be comfortable in good jeans, cute sneaks, a cashmere sweater and a scarf. Don’t get me started on the people that bring their own pillow from home.

Clean out your closet first. Take a look at what’s left and see what is missing. Also, be aware of the things you are wearing over and over again. They can be good clues to what you should be buying each season.

What are some basic fashion tips you have for my readers?
Wear what you want to wear. March to the beat of your own drum. Stand out. Everything else is boring.
What advice would you give someone who wants to become a stylist?
Start at the bottom and learn the industry that way. You will feel a sense of accomplishment when you go out on your own.
